Protecting Your Complete Health

Disease prevention starts in your mouth.

Can a healthy mouth give you a healthier body?

You betcha!

Scientists and researchers have found a clear link between oral health and whole-body health. Gum disease and inflammation can lead directly to chronic illnesses like hypertension, diabetes, dementia, and more. That’s why at Ashland Dental and Wellness Center we focus on your complete health…to keep you smiling because your whole body is healthier!

Extensive Screenings

Don’t be surprised if we ask you about more than how often you floss (even though that’s important, too!). We’ll discuss and screen for cancer, airway, artery health, and more.

Interdisciplinary Teamwork

If something comes up during your screenings that’s outside of our expertise, we’ll refer you to our network of trusted providers and work together to help you make a plan.

Preventative Care

Come in twice a year for a thorough exam and cleaning so we can maintain your healthy mouth and catch any potential issues before they become serious.

“You get a thorough examination, evaluation, and advice on how to maintain a healthy mouth. This dental clinic is really concerned about your overall health—not just your mouth. If anything is noticed, Dr. Ilenne is not hesitant to advise you to do a Dr. follow up. Excellent care!”

The Sinus-Oral Health Connection

At Ashland Dental, we believe in a holistic approach to health—one that extends beyond just your teeth and gums.

Did you know that your sinuses and oral health are intricately linked?
